Shipping Information

All orders are agreed upon directly between Ecothreads Textile Limited and the client before processing. Shipping arrangements, timelines, and associated costs are confirmed in writing as part of the order agreement. No order is considered final until both parties have confirmed terms.

Shipping methods and carriers are selected based on the nature of the order — including destination, volume, and urgency. We arrange local Hong Kong delivery as well as international freight for export orders. The appropriate method will be agreed upon with the client at the time of order.

All applicable shipping charges are clearly stated on the proforma invoice prior to order confirmation. There are no hidden fees. Costs vary according to destination, weight, and the shipping method selected.

For shipments outside Hong Kong, the buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in the destination country. We will prepare the necessary shipping documentation to support customs clearance.

In the event of damage or loss during transit, clients are asked to notify us promptly upon receipt. We will work with the relevant parties to assess the situation and determine an appropriate course of action. Please retain all original packaging and documentation until the matter is resolved.
