Everything you need to know about how we handle delivery and logistics for your orders.

1. Order Processing
All orders are reviewed and confirmed by our team before processing begins. Once an order enquiry is received at admin@ecothreadstextile.com, a member of our sales team will confirm availability, pricing, and lead times with you directly. Orders are only considered confirmed once both parties have agreed on terms in writing.
2. Lead Times
Lead times vary depending on the product type, quantity, and current stock levels. As a general guide:
- In-stock items: typically dispatched within 3-7 business days of order confirmation.
- Made-to-order or custom items: lead times are discussed and agreed upon during the enquiry process.
- Bulk or commercial orders: timelines are confirmed on a per-order basis.
We will always communicate expected timelines clearly before an order is finalised.
3. Shipping Methods
We work with a network of freight and courier partners to ensure your goods are delivered safely and efficiently. Shipping options include:
- Local Hong Kong delivery via courier.
- International air freight for smaller, time-sensitive shipments.
- Sea freight for larger bulk orders where cost efficiency is a priority.
The most appropriate shipping method will be discussed with you at the time of order, taking into account your location, timeline, and order size.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, dimensions, and shipping method selected. All applicable shipping charges will be clearly stated on your proforma invoice before the order is confirmed. We do not apply hidden fees or surcharges.
5. International Shipments
For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges levied by the destination country. Ecothreads Textile Limited will prepare all necessary shipping documentation, including commercial invoices and packing lists, to support customs clearance.
We recommend that international clients familiarise themselves with the import regulations applicable to textiles in their country prior to placing an order.
6. Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information where available. For freight shipments, we will share the bill of lading or air waybill details. If you have not received your shipment within the agreed timeframe, please contact us at admin@ecothreadstextile.com and we will assist you in investigating the matter.
7. Damage in Transit
In the unlikely event that goods are damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photographic evidence of the damage. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to assess the situation and determine an appropriate resolution. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for consideration.
